I wasn’t planning on getting a lactation consultant but I am so happy I finally did, especially one with such expertise. my nipples were cracked and sore, and on the 6th day I thought “well, this is it, I will just have to hurt like this until my nipples lose nerve endings.”. but she was a saviour and now my nipples are healthy again!
