Excited to embrace motherhood with her help 😊 highly recommend booking!!Posted on Elijah VenegasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was in desperate need for help with my breast-feeding journey and there was nothing available with a quick appointment. So after doing a quick Google search, I found Simply lactation and scheduled an appointment the next day! Three appointments later and I have gained so Much knowledge. Being able to have a lactation consultant come to my home to teach me new ways and help me with my baby was a big benefit since my baby was so small! I also was stressing out about going back to work but a simple Video appointment help get a schedule to be able to continue. I would 100% recommend them to any friend or family member! -KarenPosted on S JTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These consultations with Madeline were extremely helpful when things were difficult in the breastfeeding journey, and reassuring when I was in doubt despite things going okay. I really appreciated when I was having some particularly painful issues that she was able to squeeze me in so she could see me asap. I had a million questions each time and Madeline was patient and informative the entire time.Posted on Rana LahhamTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am beyond thankful for stumbling across this group of Lactation consultants. I am a first time mom and the morning I was looking into getting some help to breastfeed I was pretty desperate. Safiya and Yilan came just a day or two later and were absolute angels. They were amazing, so kind, compassionate, and so informative and hands on. Breastfeeding my newborn has been a significantly different experience ever since. Safiya has followed up to ensure the different techniques and holds I was taught are working well for both baby and I. She has been available by phone when I have had questions and has even taught me how to use my breast pump for when we start pumping. Forever grateful for Simply Lactation and will absolutely recommend to other mamas needing some support while nursing.Posted on Sunaina NooraniTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t recommend and thank Safiya enough!! As a first time mom, I found breastfeeding to be one of the most overwhelming parts of this journey and Safiya took the pressure off and did the heavy lifting! She is incredibly knowledgeable, so despite changing my mind a few times about which route I wanted to take, she always knew how to help! She’s also fantastic at creating a judgement free zone! Truly truly truly can’t thank her enough! If you’re AT ALL overwhelmed by breastfeeding or just want someone to hold your hand and remind you to be gentle on yourself, schedule a call with Safiya!Posted on Herman VizcarrondoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are new parents and were having a difficult time breast feeding. At one point we thought about just doing bottle but my wife thought of contacting Simply Lactation and goodness what a difference maker!!! We were grateful to see our insurance covered some visits and even more grateful when the consultants Yilan and Safiya were the most helpful and kind of women! Forever grateful as now we have been able to easily feed our baby!Posted on Sasha ETrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Venessa from Simply Lactation highly enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, gentle, and so easy to talk to. Every session takes place in the comfort of our home, and she is always deeply respectful of our space. What I appreciate most is that she helped us get comfortable with what works for us personally. She never pushed an agenda or personal preferences, completely honoring our unique feeding journey. We started working with her right after being discharged from the hospital, but I highly recommend that expectant moms reach out to her before giving birth. Breastfeeding does not always come as easily as it seems. Having Venessa’s support early on provides a massive confidence boost and gives you a clear understanding of what to expect. Her supportive approach made a world of difference for us!Posted on Sarah RaabTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Venessa the LC was great she came to my house and helped me with a lot of my questions regarding pumping and breast feeding :) if you are on the fence about getting an LC appointment just do it! It was super helpful to me.Posted on Gina SuTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Safiya has made a great impact on my breastfeeding journey. I was only able to exclusively pump with my first and I wanted to try and make nursing work this time around. Our baby was born a little early, so there were some latching issues. Safiya helped me with great instructions and tips. She gave me great ideas and helped troubleshoot any questions I had. We have gone from transferring only 10ml a feed to now over 100 ml! I have also been able to wean off using a shield during feeds. The journey has definitely been empowering and redemptive in a way.Load more
