Madeline Lark began her healthcare journey as a cardiovascular critical care RN after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While her early work may seem far removed from lactation care, it was there she developed a deep commitment to patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and compassionate advocacy.

Everything changed after the birth of her daughter which opened her eyes to both the beauty and challenges of breastfeeding. Like many new mothers, she found herself navigating a steep learning curve. That personal journey sparked a profound passion for supporting other parents in their feeding goals.

Inspired and driven, Madeline transitioned her career to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Today, she combines clinical expertise with heartfelt support to help families thrive. Her unique background in critical care nursing gives her a strong foundation in complex medical needs, while her warm, nonjudgmental approach makes parents feel seen, heard, and truly supported.
